Mocha (Latte) Smoothie
- 1 cup cold coffee
- 1 frozen banana, coarsely chopped
- 1 scoop FoodScience Soy Protein Powder/creamy chocolate for mocha smoothie
or
- 1 scoop of FoodScience Soy Protein Powder/creamy vanilla for a latte smoothie
- Optional -- additional sweetener, creamer or milk to taste -- whatever you like in iced coffee
Mix in blender. If you don't have a whole cup of leftover coffee, you can top it off with milk.
