Mango Frappe
- 1-1/2 cups ripe mango, chopped
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 to 6 ice cubes
Place the chopped mango in the freezer for 30 minutes. Combine mango, milk, sugar, juice, and vanilla in a blender container. Process until smooth. Add the ice cubes; process until smooth.
Serve immediately. Yield: 3-1/2 cups
