Ingredients
  • Pudina [2 bunches]
  • Groundnut [1 cup]
  • Tamarind [1/4 of lemon size]
  • Red chilies [3-4 ]
  • Till seeds [1/2 spoon]
  • Garlic [6-8 pieces]
  • Urad dal [1 spoon]
  • Jeera [2 spoon]

Method:
Soak tamarind in hot water and keep it aside. Get the pudina leaves separated from the bunch and wash it till it’s clean. Keep gas in sim and fry red chilies, groundnut , till Seeds , garlic , urad dal and jeera with minimal or no oil for a minute or 2. Grind the same and keep aside the mixture.Saute pudina leaves for 2 minutes and add tamarind water to it. Leave it for a minute,stir whenever required.Later add the grinded mixture to it.Turn off the gas and let the content cool down for a while.Add required amount of salt and grind the content.Heat a little bit of oil and fry the mustard seeds separately.Mix this with the grinded content. For extra flavor add little bit of sugar.Pudina chutney is now ready.
