Ingredients
  • 1 Ready made pie crust
  • 1 15oz can pumpkin
  • 1 12oz can fat free evaporated skim milk
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup egg mates ( equivelant 2 eggs)
  • 3/4 cup granulated splenda


Directions
preheat oven 425. Mix all ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake 15 mins. at 425 decrease temp to 350 bake additional 40-45 mins. Serves 8
