Pumpkin Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 16oz can pumpkin pie mix
- 1 12oz can evaporated skim milk
- 1 box sugar free, fat free instant vanilla pudding
- 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Directions
Whisk together the evaporated skim milk and the vanilla pudding mix. Add pumpkin pie mix and spice. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Can be sprinkled with crumbled graham crackers and served with Cool Whip.
