Ingredients
  • 5 ounces ham
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 ounce onion
  • 1 ounce green pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon ranch salad dressing
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 pinch dill weed
  • 2 ounces tomato
  • 1 ounce cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices bread
  • fruit

Directions

1. Slice ham
into strips.
2. Place ham strips and olive oil
in a skillet and heat to medium.
3. Cut onion and green pepper into strips.
4. Add onion, green pepper and garlic to skillet.
5. In a small bowl, mix together mustard, ranch dressing, pepper and dill weed.
6. Pour over ham and vegetables, stir to coat and reduce heat to medium low.
7. Slice cheese and tomato.
8. Make into sandwiches and serve with fruit.
