Beef and Bean Burrito
Ingredients
- 4 ounces ground beef
- 2 ounces chopped onion
- 6 ounces canned black beans, drained
- 4 ounces canned diced tomatoes with jalapenos, undrained
- 2 tablespoons salsa
- 2 flour tortillas
- grated cheese
- sliced peppers
- tortilla chips
Directions
1. Brown ground beef over medium heat in a non-stick skillet. Drain off excess fat.
2. Return to stove and continue cooking over medium heat. Add onions, beans and undrained tomatoes.
3. Stir in salsa.
4. Warm tortilla in the microwave for 30 seconds.
5. Spoon meat and bean mixture into the center of warm tortilla. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll and flip.
6. Top with grated cheese and serve with pepper slices and tortilla chips.
